Dr. Saha is an alumnus of Stanford University and graduate of University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine, with advanced training in both surgery and Interventional Radiology. He completed his Radiology residency at West Penn/Allegheny Health System in Pittsburgh under the mentorship of Dr. Gordon McLean, a pioneer in the field, and went on to complete a prestigious Interventional Radiology fellowship at the University of Michigan.

Double board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology and Interventional Radiology, Dr. Saha is a recognized leader in minimally invasive, image-guided treatments. He has received multiple teaching and research awards, with his work published in leading medical journals and presented at national conferences.

Emily is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science and a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Northern Arizona University. With experience in Emergency and Trauma Medicine, she is committed to promoting patient wellness and prioritizes open communication in her care approach.

Katherine Lynch MSN, AGACNP-C

Katie is an experienced advanced practice nurse with over 12 years in both inpatient and outpatient care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from Walden University. Katherine has expertise in vascular care, cardiac procedures, and emergency medicine. She is dedicated to providing patient-centered care, collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure the best outcomes, and continuously focusing on improving care delivery.

Olga Matatova PA-C

Physician Assistant

Olga Matatova is a dedicated Physician Assistant with extensive experience in healthcare. Olga is bilingual in Russian and English. Olga earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Science from Arizona State University in 2010, followed by a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona, in 2013.

With diverse experience across various medical fields—including vascular medicine, family practice, urgent care, interventional pain management, and sports medicine. Olga is deeply committed to promoting patient health and wellness. She thrives in team settings and takes pride in knowing that her work positively impacts the lives of those she serves.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Olga enjoys staying active through fitness and cherishes spending quality time with family and friends. Her passion for health, paired with her dedication to patient care, makes her a valuable asset in the medical community and our practice.

Brian Allen, DPM

Dr. Allen earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University and his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the California College of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his residency at Oakwood Healthcare System in Michigan, focusing on traumatic and reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle. Dr. Allen has been in private practice since 2005. He is board certified in foot surgery and has published research in The Journal of Foot & Ankle Surgery on Cryosurgery for painful foot conditions, a technique he now teaches to other doctors. Dr. Allen has lectured nationally and serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Midwestern University School of Health Sciences in Glendale, Arizona.

Bradley Newswander, DPM

Dr. Newswander began his studies at Utah State University before attending the California College of Podiatric Medicine. After completing a residency at Carl T. Hayden VA Hospital in Phoenix, he opened his own practice in 2003.

Dr. Newswander is Board Certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and the Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He has received numerous honors, including Phoenix’s Top Docs and the Guardian Angel Award from Mercy Gilbert Medical Center. He serves as a Surgical Attending Physician at Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center and as a preceptor for Midwestern University Medical School. His research has been published in several medical journals and presented at conferences statewide. Dr. Newswander has also held leadership roles, including Chief of Surgery at Gilbert Hospital and Chief of Staff at both Gilbert and Florence Hospitals.

Mark Olsen, DPM is a board certified podiatrist and surgeon with 12 years of experience, and is licensed in both Arizona and California. He has been in practice since 2010 and has been the owner of Arcadia Foot & Ankle since 2015.

Dr. Olsen was born and raised in Orange County, CA and developed an interest in podiatric medicine at an early age. He began his undergraduate education at the University of Southern California and completed it at Arizona State University. He then attended the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, OH where he graduated with a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine in 2010. This was followed by a three-year surgical residency program at the Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center in Orange County, CA. Dr. Olsen was one of the first podiatrists in the country to receive accreditation in reconstructive rearfoot/ankle surgery upon residency completion.

Dr. Olsen is certified with the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is an active member of the Arizona Podiatric Medical Association, the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and the American Podiatric Medical Association. He is affiliated with Banner Gateway Medical Center in Gilbert, AZ and Honor Health Osborn Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ.

Dr. Olsen is better able to serve the community by speaking both English and Portuguese. He enjoys spending his free time in the Arizona sunshine with his wife Stacey and their three children—Molly, Lee, and Ginger.

Robert Andersen, DPM

Dr. Andersen is a foot and ankle surgeon who is board certified in foot and ankle reconstructive surgery by the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery. His specialties include Diabetic Limb Salvage, foot and ankle surgical reconstruction and trauma as well as primary podiatric medicine.

Upon completion of residency Dr. Baer returned to his native Mesa, Arizona where he provides all aspects of foot and ankle medicine and surgery, including: lower extremity trauma, reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, diabetic limb salvage, wound care, and sports medicine.

Dean Clement, DPM

Dr. Clement graduated Mesa’s Mountain View High School in 1990. He completed undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University and received his professional degree from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in 2002.

After completing his Residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery through the VA and Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, WA, he worked as a civilian Staff Foot Surgeon at Madigan, where he served as the Assistant Residency Director and Assistant Clinic Chief. He was honored to treat many returning soldiers from the Iraq and Afghanistan wars for a variety of foot and ankle injuries, including combat trauma.

Dr. Clement returned to Arizona to begin private practice. Besides treating everything from ingrown toenails to broken bones and serious foot infections, he has unique experience with geriatric populations, underserved populations in Central and South Phoenix, and patients with difficult-to-heal wounds.

Dr. Clement is Board Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.

Dr. Clement enjoys spending time with his family, running, hiking, camping, and writing.

Chase Corley, DPM

Chase Corley, DPM is a board certified podiatrist and surgeon, and he has been in practice since 2016.
 
Dr. Corley obtained both his Bachelor of Science in Biology and his Master of Arts in Biomedical/Health Ethics from Arizona State University. He then attended Midwestern University in Arizona where he graduated with a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine in 2016. Dr. Corley completed a three-year Podiatric Medical and Surgical Residency program at the Franciscan Alliance St. Margaret/Midwestern University Residency program specializing in foot and ankle trauma, external fixation, joint replacement, sports medicine, diabetic limb salvage, and wound care.
 
 
Dr. Corley is board qualified by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and is a member of the Arizona Podiatric Medical Association. He believes in exhausting all conservative measures before surgery. When surgical intervention is necessary, Dr. Corley is well-trained in minimally invasive techniques such as foot and ankle arthroscopy. His hospital affiliations include the Chandler Regional Medical Center, Banner Desert Medical Center, Banner Boswell, Honor Health Scottsdale – Shea, and Arizona Specialty Hospital.
 
Dr. Corley believes that there is no greater calling in life than to be a physician, and it is one that he takes to heart and honors. As a native Arizonan, he especially enjoys serving the same community in which he was raised. To better serve this community, Dr. Corley is fluent in English and Spanish.
 
When he’s not in the office, Dr. Corley enjoys spending time with his wife and three young children, wakeboarding/wake surfing, reading, watching movies, spending time in the Northern Arizona White Mountains and Rim Country, and attending as many ASU football games as possible.

Paige Danner, DPM

Dr. Danner is a foot and ankle surgeon who completed her podiatric medical training at Midwestern University in Glendale Arizona. She then went on to complete a rigorous foot and ankle surgical residency at Community Health Network in Indianapolis where she served as chief resident. During her time there she logged over 2000 procedures. Dr Danner enjoys building a relationship with her patients and offering them a multitude of options so they can be active participants in their care. Dr Danner has a special interest in regenerative medicine options and starts with conservative treatment options before turning to surgery. Her goal is to get you pain free and back to your daily activities as soon as possible.

Byron Lemon, DPM is a licensed podiatrist and surgeon in Arizona and Utah.

Dr. Lemon grew up in the Sacramento, CA area, and was a collegiate baseball player. He attended Brigham Young University in Idaho and Western University of Health Sciences in California where he graduated with a Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine. Which was followed by surgical residency in Intermountain Medical Center Utah where he was trained in forefoot/rearfoot reconstruction, sports medicine, minimally invasive techniques, level 1 trauma, wound care, ankle replacement, limb salvage techniques, and believes in attempting conservative care before surgery.

Dr. Lemon in his downtime enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and 4 kids. Arcadia Foot and Ankle is excited to have Dr. Lemon join our team August of 2024.

Dr. Loya is board certified by the ABPM and board qualified by the ABFAS. She specializes in foot and ankle care, including surgical and noninvasive treatments for conditions such as heel pain, diabetic foot care, wound care, sports injuries, and bunions. Dr. Loya is committed to patient-centered care, earning an I Care Core Value Recognition award for her dedication to patient education. She is also actively involved in research on amniotic tissue grafts, remote temperature monitoring, and wound care surgery.

Dr. Laura Truby is a board-qualified podiatric physician and surgeon specializing in comprehensive foot and ankle care. She completed her podiatric surgical residency at Henry Ford Hospital – Genesys in Grand Blanc, Michigan, where she served as Chief Resident. Her training included a strong emphasis on limb salvage, elective forefoot and rearfoot reconstruction, and minimally invasive surgery (MIS). Over the course of her residency, she performed more than 1,700 procedures, gaining extensive experience in both complex and routine foot and ankle surgeries.
She earned her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona, and completed her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. 
Dr. Truby was born and raised in the west valley of Arizona, where her passion for medicine and service to others first began. She is proud to return to her roots and is excited to give back to the community that shaped her, offering high-quality, patient-centered care focused on restoring mobility and improving quality of life.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Truby enjoys trying new restaurants with her husband, reading her Kindle, and spending time with her two dachshunds, Praline and Hazelnut
